By purchasing, downloading, or using any product sold through Uniqers Scripts, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms of Service.
All purchases are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after a purchase has been completed.
Refunds will not be granted because a script is encrypted, protected, or uses an escrow system. Product protection is clearly disclosed before purchase.
Refunds will not be issued if you simply change your mind, purchase the wrong product, no longer need the product, or fail to read the product description before purchasing.
Refunds are not available for compatibility issues caused by:
Modified or custom QBCore, ESX, or QBOX frameworks.
Custom inventories.
Custom phone systems.
Custom housing systems.
Third-party scripts that interfere with our products.
Outdated dependencies or incorrect server configurations.
Failure to install required dependencies or follow the installation guide does not qualify for a refund.
We do not provide refunds for unsupported server environments.
Purchasing a product without verifying that your server meets the listed requirements does not qualify for a refund.
Attempting to bypass, modify, or remove script protection is not grounds for a refund.
If a verified critical issue exists within our script that cannot reasonably be resolved, we reserve the right to fix the issue rather than issue a refund.
All payments are final and non-refundable.
Any attempt to initiate a chargeback, payment reversal, bank dispute, or PayPal dispute without first contacting our support team will be considered fraudulent.
Chargebacks will result in:
Permanent termination of all licenses.
Permanent ban from our Discord server.
Permanent loss of customer support.
Permanent ban from purchasing any future products from Uniqers Scripts.
We reserve the right to submit purchase records, download logs, support conversations, and other evidence to the payment provider during dispute investigations.
Support is provided exclusively to the original purchaser.
Proof of purchase may be required before any support is provided.
Support covers issues directly related to our scripts only.
We cannot provide support for:
Custom framework edits.
Third-party resources.
Server optimization.
Script conflicts unrelated to our products.
General FiveM development.
Custom modifications requested by customers.
We will make reasonable efforts to respond to support requests as quickly as possible. Response times may vary depending on workload and time zone.
Incomplete support requests that do not include sufficient information may be delayed until the required details are provided.
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, our scripts are designed for supported versions of:
QBCore
ESX
QBOX
Compatibility with modified, outdated, forked, or heavily customized frameworks is not guaranteed.
We do not guarantee compatibility with:
Custom inventory systems
Custom phone systems
Custom HUDs
Custom garage systems
Custom housing systems
Custom dispatch systems
Other third-party resources
unless explicitly listed on the product page.
Customers are responsible for:
Reading the product description before purchasing.
Following the installation guide.
Installing all required dependencies.
Keeping their server updated.
Ensuring their server meets all documented requirements.
We are not responsible for problems caused by:
Incorrect installation.
Missing dependencies.
Server configuration errors.
Resource conflicts.
Edited framework files.
Outdated resources.
Unsupported software.
Products may receive updates, improvements, optimizations, and bug fixes at our discretion.
While we strive to maintain compatibility with future framework updates, we cannot guarantee lifetime compatibility with every future version of FiveM or third-party resources.
Each purchase grants a license to use the product on the purchaser's server.
The license is non-transferable and may not be shared, resold, sublicensed, leased, rented, or redistributed.
A separate license may be required for additional servers depending on the product license.
Unless explicitly permitted:
Decompiling is prohibited.
Reverse engineering is prohibited.
Attempting to bypass encryption is prohibited.
Removing licensing systems is prohibited.
Removing copyright notices is prohibited.
Redistributing any part of the resource is prohibited.
Violations may result in immediate license termination without refund.
All scripts, code, UI designs, assets, images, documentation, and other content remain the intellectual property of Uniqers Scripts.
Purchasing a product grants a license to use the product—it does not transfer ownership.
We reserve the right to refuse support or terminate licenses for customers who:
Harass or threaten staff.
Abuse the support system.
Distribute leaked resources.
Share licenses.
Attempt to crack or bypass protection.
Violate these Terms of Service.
All products are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We are not liable for:
Data loss.
Loss of revenue.
Server downtime.
Indirect or consequential damages.
Conflicts caused by third-party resources.
Our maximum liability shall never exceed the original purchase price of the product.
Uniqers Scripts reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of our products after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using any product from Uniqers Scripts, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service in their entirety.
